If you would like to cancel a booking with Jules Tennis Coaching for any reason please do so prior to 24 hours before the booking takes place. If you cancel within 24 hours you may incur a booking fee of $30 if no replacement can be found. Additionally if you cancel within an hour of the booking the lesson will be forfeit or you will have to pay the full cost of the lesson. There may be exceptions under special circumstances. 

Lessons that have weather that is deemed too extreme or unsafe to play in will be cancelled prior to the lesson either issuing credit or a make-up date as compensation. If weather interrupts a lesson you will either pay for what you have completed or will be given additional time to another lesson in future.

Refunds are only given out in very specific circumstances:

• If the coach is physically unable to carry out the lessons e.g. extended sickness or injury that have lasted longer than 2 months you will be eligible for a refund.

• If you have pre-paid a trial lesson or single private lesson and you would not like to go ahead with the booking.

• If the recipients are unable to have lessons again due to severe injury or extended sickness.

Credits will given quite leniently where refunds can not be issued. 

Coaches will try there best to accommodate your court preferences but please be understanding of court changes as the coach cannot control the court availability in the area and cannot override the council in regard to school related sport occupying preferred tennis courts.  

This is especially prevalent in the winter season as it gets dark very early in the afternoon so courts with lights or moving to the weekend is needed. If you cannot be flexible with changes in time slots and court locations it is not recommended buying packages. 

With private lesson bundles you are paying a discounted price with the caveat of an upfront cost and needing to complete all lessons in a limited time frame.

The 5 pack must be completed in 10 weeks from the first lesson and the 10 pack must be completed in 20 weeks from the first lesson. If there is constant cancellation without notifying the coach and the lesson goes over the time frame, the remaining lessons could be forfeit. If properly communicated with the coach, extensions can be given.
